Auria was not created from the outside looking in. It was built by two property owners who experienced the gap between what professional management should be — and what Siargao was offering.

With over 20 years of experience across international real estate, property development, and boutique hospitality, Michael has built, managed, and invested in luxury properties across Costa Rica, Spain, Bali, and the Philippines — developing projects from the ground up on four continents.
His career spans villa compound development in Siargao, luxury residential investment in Estepona, and high-performance rental operations in Nosara — alongside roles in international real estate sales, project management, and conscious hospitality. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Dutch, he brings a genuinely global perspective to the ownership and operation of island property.
Michael co-founded Auria to offer Siargao's most discerning property owners the standard of management he demanded for his own portfolio — and rarely found available on the island.

With over 10 years of experience across real estate sales, property investment, and luxury property operations, Oliver brings a highly practical and detail-driven approach to property management in Siargao.
After working in Central London real estate and later running his own property auctions, Oliver went on to invest in and develop properties internationally, including multiple villas in Siargao. Through firsthand experience, he recognised how many property owners underestimate the importance of having the right team in place — in a tropical environment, severe weather, generator failures, water system issues, and delayed maintenance can quickly impact both the condition of a home and the value of an investment.
